Indiana Pacers TicketsThe Indiana Pacers began play as an ABA team in 1967. They later joined the NBA in 1976. Although the Pacers were not the star team in the NBA in their early years, upon the drafting of one of the team’s greatest players, Reggie Miller, in 1987, things changed drastically for the franchise. Miller was the Pacers’ best shooting guard and scoring leader. Rik Smits also joined the team as the center a year later, and the Pacers reached the NBA Eastern Conference finals in 1994 and 1995 but lost both times. The Pacers then lost consecutive Conference Finals again in '98 and '99. They finally got over the hump when they beat the New York Knicks in the 2000 conference finals. However, the Pacers lost in the NBA Finals to the Los Angeles Lakers. Miller retired in 2005, and the Pacers did not return to the playoffs until 2011. The Pacers recruited All-Star player/forward Paul George and center Roy Hibbert, which led to their advancement in the Eastern Conference finals in 2013. The Pacers entered the conference finals again in 2014 but did not qualify for the playoffs the next season. For live games, you can find Indiana Pacers tickets at StubHub.
